RATES
Rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $12 per day will be assessed for each additional adult (18 years or older) over the occupancy of 2. Children age 17 or younger stay free. Maximum occupancy (4) people.

Policies:

Rental policies, fees and payments: |
- 5 night minimum stay.
- All reservations are subject to an $80 cleaning fee.
- All charges are subject to state taxes (11.42%).
- Rates are subject to change without notice until the condo has been secured with proper payment.
- Full payment is due upon reservation.
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diner’s Club) and cashier’s check. Reservation will be confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: |
- Full refund for all reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date, less a $150 cancellation charge
- All sales are final and non-refundable for cancellations within 90 days of arrival date.
