Our Maui oceanfront condo is a penthouse (top floor) unit at Sugar Beach Resort (6 floors total) in Kihei. There is one bedroom, one bath with a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit is non-smoking and elevator accessible. Enjoy all the comforts of home including central air, an in-unit washer & dryer, 2 televisions, cable, a DVD player, VCR and high-speed broadband internet access.

This Maui beachfront condo offers 180 degree ocean views from the private lanai (balcony) and from the living area as well. The living room opens to the lanai so you can enjoy beautiful ocean views throughout the entire living area and kitchen. There is a TV with a VCR and DVD player in the living room and also high speed internet access available (small fee).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation rental condo including dishes, utensils, blender, dishwasher, microwave, stove, full-size refrigerator, etc.

The resort is oceanfront and each of the two buildings is just steps from the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical flowers and palm trees. There is a large beachfront pool as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna that overlook the ocean. There are also several gas BBQ grills for your use, tennis courts and a putting green for practicing your golf.
